All Charges Withdrawn Against Qirom Consulting Director — “I Am Truly Grateful”

[Singapore], [20 October 2025] — Qirom Consulting Pte Ltd is pleased to share the uplifting news that on 30 September 2025 at the State Courts of Singapore, all charges previously instituted against its Director, Mohamad Daud Bin Abdul Rahim, were withdrawn upon the formal application by the Attorney-General’s Chambers (AGC). Accordingly, there is no criminal conviction recorded against him arising from the said proceedings.

The withdrawal of charges follows comprehensive legal submissions and clarifications presented to the AGC, resulting in the Prosecution determining that the matter should not proceed further. Qirom Consulting Pte Ltd acknowledges the professionalism and diligence demonstrated by the Director’s legal representatives Crescent Law Chambers and Peter Low Chambers throughout the process.

In a statement, Mohamad Daud Bin Abdul Rahim expressed appreciation to his legal team, noting:
